AK Stoddart has a strong Product Development team and we are constantly developing our chilled and frozen product ranges in line with consumer demand.We have repeatedly shown our readiness to move with the times. We developed the Castle Brae brand for the five-star dining market. We've developed own-label brands for our customers, and we've launched many added-value lines.
Under our brand Stoddarts of Scotland aimed at today's convenience market; we are now producing frozen retail and food service added value products, such as sliced and diced beef packs, frozen burgers and free-flow frozen mince products.
