JOHN CRAIG
Operations Director

  • At AK Stoddart since 1988
  • 5 years as livestock auctioneer
  • In depth knowledge of AK Stoddart – progression through company from procurement officer, to procurement manager to current position as Operations Director in 1995

 













LUCY HUSBAND
Sales & Marketing Director

  • In food and drink industry since 1985
  • Development and management of premium and own-label brands
  • Category management with major multiples
  • Product of the Year award winner (British Meat awards)
  • Management of national food service and retail accounts

 














BILLY STEWART
Abattoir Manager

  • Experience in meat sector since 1993
  • Abattoir management experience since 2000
  • Knowledge and experience gained working in a number of roles in industry from sales and logistics to abattoir processes

 













CAROL MILNE
Group Technical Manager

  • Experience in meat sector since 1992
  • Food Science and Microbiology honours degree from Strathclyde University
  • Former EFSIS Auditor
  • Strong training background

 













JIM FORD
Procurement Manager

  • Experience in pedigree cattle and farm management
    since 1987
  • In prime cattle procurement since 1986

 













PAUL MACKLIN
Sales Executive

  • In the meat industry since 1972
  • Vast knowledge and experience gained working in a number of roles in industry from production to sales
  • Extensive retail and manufacturing experience

 













MARTIN DUNDAS
Financial Controller

  • Chartered Accountant (Qualified 1994)
  • Previous experience in food and drink industry
  • Strong commercial and financial background gained predominantly within a manufacturing environment
