Staff development is an essential part of our efforts to provide high quality products and service. We believe in the development of staff at all levels, and have been recognised as an Investor in People business since 2002.
Everyone in the company has an ongoing training and development plan, and we offer SVQs, management development programmes and training in food hygiene, health and safety, butchery, IT, environmental issues and employment issues. We are an approved Training Centre working in conjunction with the Meat Training Council.
