FOOD SAFETY & HYGIENE
AK Stoddart is committed to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and we have adopted its processes as the core of all our quality functions.We have Grade A accreditation for BRC (British Retail Consortium) throughout the company, and have done since 1998.
trAKS – our proprietary computer-based tracking system: guaranteeing the traceability of all our products, whether they come from cattle raised on our own farms or cattle raised by our suppliers.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Health and safety is very important to us. Our health and safety team meet on a regular basis to create and maintain a safe working environment and to develop health and safety initiatives and awareness.
